These terms cover your use of foxsternmarketing.co.uk and the general basis on which Foxstern Marketing provides its services. When you become a client, we’ll also send you a proposal or agreement for your specific project. If anything in that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement wins.
About Us
Foxstern Marketing is a trading name of Foxstern Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, at Cromwell House, Crusader Road, Lincoln LN6 7YT. You can reach us on 020 3576 2795 or at hello@foxsternmarketing.co.uk.
Using Our Website
You’re welcome to browse and use this website for your own information. Please don’t copy, reproduce or reuse our content, design or branding without our written permission, and don’t do anything that could damage the site or stop others from using it.
We work hard to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but it’s general information, not advice for your specific business. We may change or remove content at any time.
Links to Other Websites
Our website may link to other websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or how they handle your data.
Quotes and Proposals
Any quote or proposal we send is valid for 30 days unless it says otherwise. Work starts once you’ve accepted the proposal in writing and paid any deposit we’ve asked for.
Pricing
All prices on our website and in our proposals are shown excluding VAT, which is added at the current rate.
Website packages
Our local business website package starts from £1,500 plus VAT and includes 15 to 25 pages, 3 blog posts and 12 months of support. The exact scope, timeline and price for your project are confirmed in your proposal.
AI-ready websites
Our websites are built with Elementor’s latest elements and can be connected to Elementor MCP, which lets compatible AI tools such as Claude draft changes to your site. AI-made changes are saved as drafts. During your 12 months of support we’ll review and publish them for you. If you publish AI-made changes yourself, or share your site’s access details with an AI tool, you’re responsible for those changes. Fixing problems they cause may be charged separately.
New client discount
New clients receive 10% off their first website project. The discount applies to the project fee only, not to third-party costs such as hosting, domains, premium plugins, stock imagery or advertising spend, and can’t be combined with other offers.
Advertising spend
Advertising budgets for platforms such as Google and Meta are separate from our fees. Ad spend is paid directly to the platform or as agreed in your proposal.
Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days unless your proposal says otherwise. We may pause work if invoices are overdue.
What We Need From You
To deliver great work on time, we need your input. That includes content, feedback, approvals and access to accounts such as your website, Google Ads or Meta Business Manager. Delays in providing these may affect timelines.
Results
We always work hard to grow your enquiries and customers, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control, such as competition, platform changes, your pricing and how quickly enquiries are followed up. We don’t guarantee specific numbers of leads, rankings or sales.
Ownership
Once you’ve paid in full, you own the final website, designs, copy and creative we produce specifically for you. Your ad accounts, data and website remain yours at all times. We may keep the right to use third-party tools, themes and licensed assets under their own licences, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Ending Our Work Together
Ongoing services such as advertising management, SEO or social media can be ended with the notice period set out in your proposal. You’ll pay for work completed up to the end of that notice period.
Our Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law. Otherwise, we aren’t liable for indirect losses such as loss of profit or business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you’ve paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Privacy
We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
